We believe in complete transparency when it comes to our prices and we never ask you to sign a contract. 

Our cleaning system starts out with a first time deep clean service.  This service includes the owners, Melody and Janet, cleaning your home together. Our deep clean is ceiling to floor and everything in between. It includes:

-Dusting all surfaces, decorative items, furniture down to the floor, baseboards
-Dusting hard to reach areas such as ceiling fans, vaulted ceilings
-Vacuum carpets, vacuum and mop hard floors
-Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, sinks, stove top, appliance exteriors
-Interior and exterior of microwave
-Damp wipe cabinet exteriors
-Clean, scrub and sanitize bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, tubs and floors
-Damp wipe bathroom cabinet exteriors
-Wipe light switch plates, baseboards, around door handles
-Sanitize remote controls, telephone receivers

Our first time deep-clean service is charged at $0.20 per square foot. Our supplies are included. Depending on how often you need our services, subsequent visits are charged at a set price. Subsequent visits would be approximately (depending on several factors, extras, etc.) $150 for every 2 weeks or $175 for monthly cleaning. We price our services this way in order to bring your home up to a standard of cleanliness which we then maintain through subsequent visits. 

Move in and move out services include everything listed above for our deep clean as well as:
-Appliance interiors, including refrigerator and stove
-Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers; vacuum and clean/sanitize

We offer occasional, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and move-in/move-out services.

We accept cash, check, direct bank transfer with Zelle, and all major credit cards.
